Nathaniel M. Smith opened a law office in 2009. He was joined by Candace Little in 2014 and by Rachel Brinson in 2020, and then by Sean Connor in 2021.
We specialize in domestic (family) law, including divorces, adoptions, and legitimation cases. From our office locations in Decatur and McDonough, we have served over a thousand clients with legal matters occurring all over the State of Georgia.
One of our other areas of focus is probate law, which includes estate planning, drafting wills and trusts, and also administering the estates of loved ones after they pass on. Our team has served clients who live in Georgia, clients who live in other states, and even clients who live in other countries who have legal matters to resolve in Georgia.
